Simple breathing practices help balance, calm, and tune energies leading to effortless and blissful meditation. This is ancient Kriya. A simple practice can be the defining factor changing a mood, a thought, and eventually a life.
As seen in these videos, Rajeev practices Kriya breath meditation and finds peace, bliss, and harmony on a cacophonous, busy street corner in Hong Kong (while recovering from an upper respiratory infection). Rajeev demonstrates beautiful peaceful surrender amidst chaos through meditative cultivation and practice.
Rajeev Kahn, meditation connoisseur of Los Angeles, Paris, and now Hong Kong, learned the Kriya practices he contributes to our Portable Sanctuary at the Mount Madonna Center under the guidance of Baba Hari Dass, a monk who has been in silence for many decades. How can Baba Hari Dass teach in silence? Check out his books on the next page to explore the silent teachings of Baba Hari Dass in greater depth.
