Jennifer Seifert balances her work as a Certified Life Coach, an Artist’s Way Facilitator, an actress, writer and director with her life as a wife and mother of two boys. As a USC graduate and recipient of the Jack Nicholson Award, Jennifer has continued most of her artistic work in theatre. She has performed with A Noise Within, Pasadena Playhouse, Shakespeare Festival LA and is a member of Troubadour Theater Co. Eight years ago, Jennifer revisited Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way, after a dance rehearsal sent her to the ER with a broken face. This book was at that time, the only tool that worked to revive creativity and joy in her life, and Jennifer has continued to be inspired by her countless artist participants who are empowered to move into action and change.
Jennifer fleshes out the important energy of creativity, change, and the energetic flow of expression. In Taoist terms, the unblocking of energy is deeply healing. A great departure from anger is the healing power of creating. In Taoist terms, it is the transformation of negative energy into positive.
